Contact & account data — name, work email, phone number, company, and role when you book a demo, create an account, or contact us.
Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
Billing data — for paid plans, billing contact and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.

Customer data processed through the Services

When you use the Services, you may submit content, documents, and data ("Customer Data") for processing. We act as a processor of Customer Data on your behalf and only handle it as described in your agreement and our Data Processing Addendum.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train shared or third-party AI models.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and operate a SOC 2 Type II control program.
